The extremely irritating swine flu!Or should i call it H1N1 now? what a troublesome name to pronounce.Anyway,it caused my dear friend not being able to visit and stay with me in KL.it also caused some management lady to come knocking at my door at 10+PM last night, asking me to change room BY MONDAY because they are going to lock up my block for quarantine purposes.BY MONDAY!And my coach to leave Singapore was at 11am this morning!!I rushed like mad to pack EVERYTHING in my room, which was totally unexpected because i thought i will be staying in the same room for the whole vacation. (though i will be going to tianjin for internship, i applied for vacation stay in NUS)Anyway skip the complications, i spent the whole night moving stuff into my new room. I'm extremely greatful to my friend who spent the whole night helping me move my stuff under short notice :) i think we walked 7 or 8 times up and down, carrying tons of heavy stuff. The management was kind enough to rent me a trolley for free. It helped, but not much. That pathetic little trolley. Sigh. We both walked until our arms and ankles hurt.A mad rush. By the time everything was settled, it was already 6am in the morning.Mad or not u say!!!Sigh, if only they had told me yesterday morning, i could have had a sound night of sleep in the new room, which is much cooler.At last, i only managed to sleep for 2 hrs in that cooler room. :(Well at least I'm home.Had hours of wonderful chat with my mom, had a great meal of chicken pie and chicken wings (i'm being humble by saying they are the best in the world!!!), enjoying the aircon, and now heading for the TV :DI know I've said this tons of times but, I love being home!
