im damn sleepy now but i cant sleep well if i dont blog.. hahaha.. well, its my first official day at this gleneagles hospital.. n boy was i excited the whole morning!! imagine, i was so excited that i didnt have the appetite to take my breakfast!! come on, me? no appetite?! TAT'S NEWS! ok cut the crap, me n my mum ya, n my MUM.. apparently she was twice excited as me, so she fixed her appointment with a certain doc in gleneagles today, so she could show me the way.. wat a mother! dont get jealous now.. hehe! well, both of us left the hse damn early, 7.30 @@ i was to report there at 9 n we were expecting a huge line of cars sometimes its quite fun to look at the traffic jam, its like school kids lining up for something, u can see each car waiting not-so-patiently to pass through.. oooohhh! so fun!! if im not in it that is.. okok, back to the point.. but due to the public holiday tmr, no jam!! yes, NO JAM!! so we arrived there very early.. n we went to settle some of my mum's stuff n all, n then i went to meet my mum's friend, the without-her-i-cant-get-in friend. ok well, she was such a SUPER FRIENDLY woman!! she would have been perfect if she hadnt started by oh God, Priscilla, i couldnt recognize u!! u put on so much weight! n boy all i could do was smile!! SMILE? at that statement?!! i must have such great patience dont u think so? ANYWAY, she still IS a friendly person.. she brought me around, introducing me to this doc n that surgeon, this manager n that nurse n all.. n ya, now the whole hospital must b thinking i have jalan to get into the place.. nvm that! haih! but thanks to her also, i got to talk to many of the doc, n gathered more info on medicine, n pharmacy.. i was in the inpatient pharmacy department for the rest of my time inpatient pharmacy is where they dispense medicine that doc prescribe to the patients n i was there gepo-ing, kacao-ing them by moving here n there, touching this n that, n not to mention staring at them working.. ok, i know that is extremely irritating.. but what can i do?! i was curious how they work ok!! haha, i myself hate ppl staring at me working n now im doing that.. ok, hope they dun hate me for that.. well, the ppl were SUPER nice to me.. they were so friendly n willing to answer all my annoying questions, though they know once they've answered one they'll have to answer dozens more other ques.. well, i really like to ask.. haha, those whom i've irritated b4 by my rubbish ques, haha, u know best! they were really nice ppl.. n i spent the whole morning sort of walking here n there disturbing everyone in the pharmacy.. well, i had to PRETEND to b interested by reading many of the medicine bottle labels, which contains God-knows-how-long chemical names, cos i didnt want them to think all im doing is disturb.. gosh, so fake! ok, then after lunch, i came back, n this time i found myself something new to do! i placed all the refund medicine back to their original position.. oh gosh, u shd have seen the pharmacy, it was HUGE!! THOUSANDS, MILLIONS of medicine! so many many types of them.. it was interesting to place them back, cos then i got more familiar with the names of some of the chemicals ok, dont test me, i forgot totally now.. im no good in memory work.. well, if u've studied with me u will know that many eng or bm words i rmb only the first alphabet, i only know wat the words start with, but i can forget the word totally.. n for chinese, i can totally name something else totally irrelevant.. anyway, ya, it was interesting.. i love this place.. ok, its only the first day.. but boy, i had to walk here n there front n back to arrange those medicine, n now my legs r aching bad.. shouldnt have been so stubborn, the other staff asked me to sit n rest, but i was so happy to have smth to do that i didnt want to sit n rest.. another reason is cos the place was freaking cold!! my goodness, i was shivering like mad!! NEVER will i EVER wear a skirt to the hospital!! oh shut up, i do wear skirts ok! if only i rmb.. haha, well, only for the first day.. mayb for the 2nd i'll b sick of this job.. who knows?! im very tired sleepy exhausted drowsy n watever! goodnight! tmr's a holiday! yippeee!!!
